WHY BUY?

Park Models are a great choice for just about anyone: young families, single adults to snowbirds. It’s about living in a resort in which you can relax, have fun, explore your passions and hobbies, and enjoy friends and family. Each owner has a unique background, making for an environment that offers something for everyone.

 

WHAT’S A PARK MODEL?

A park model is a 400-square-foot manufactured home. These small homes are built on chassis wheels, but are often permanently “parked”. After your purchase, you can pick an available lot to park your new home. Click here to view a map of the resort.

 

ARE THERE RULES?

Yes. We find that our rules are in-line with expectations relating to cleanliness, minors, pets, and general standards that ensure the enjoyment of the resort by everyone. For a list of rules, please download this PDF.

 

DO I OWN MY SITE LAND?

No. You rent the site for a low annual fee, which includes access to the resort’s amenities, activities, and services such as garbage, sewer, water, electricity, and lawn care.

 

HOW MUCH IS A PARK MODEL?

Park models range in price based on the year, make, and model. Fortunately, we offer a wide variety of park models at different price points.

IS PARK MODEL LIVING AFFORDABLE?

Absolutely. Once you own a park model, you pay one, low annual rent; there are no homeowner’s association fees. To keep costs low, water, garbage, electric, sewer and lawn care are all included with your annual rent.

 

IS STAFF ON SITE YEAR-ROUND?

Yes. Our experienced and friendly staff is present year-round to assist with questions, and other needs that may arise.

 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are welcome. We ask you keep your pet on a leash or lead at all times, and encourage barking be kept a minimum. For our complete list of rules related to pets, please download this PDF.
