Spring has arrive but we have not seen a very good sign of it! Our office hours are now 9 AM - 5 PM Monday thru Friday. I hope you find this page helpful!

Weather-
The last couple weekends have been fair although cold in the evening! We are hoping for a nice Memorial Day Weekend.
Channel Dredging for 2008!!
We began dredging on Thursday, March 20th and have finished the areas we had planned. We were able to cover the inlets from the lake along with the landing and some in the marinas. This will hopefully help give us access to the lake from the landing and marinas.
New Rec Building 2007
Our new recreational building at the resort which was constructed behind the current clubhouse opened in 2007. This has given us a new space for video games, pool tables, ping pong and indoor activities. You will also find the clubhouse lobby has been renovated. This area has become a reception area with additional offices.
Forest Hills Resort - Detroit Lakes
We have now competed our third year at our new resort in Detroit Lakes which has available Seasonal Lease Sites. If in that area, visit our new restaurant IZZO's opened this past summer!! Forest Hills is a full service resort with an 18 hole championship golf course, 18 hole extreme miniature golf course, indoor pool and much more. Seasonal Site Reminders
We do request that if your unit is not hard piped to the sewer, you are required to have this completed. As of April 15th units may be left connected to the power when not occupied for refrigerators although all heat or a/c must be off.
Storage Area -
Anything placed in storage requires a current storage sticker. As of April 15, 2008 all items required a 2008 sticker. Please stop in the office to receive a copy of these policies and rates. Due to limited space, storage is on a first come, first serve basis. Any items in storage not displaying a current sticker or left on your site will be billed and suspend usage of the resort until payment is made. Also any units placed in storage must have current insurance and current state licenses.
